- Stage-I CBE Marking: No negative marking for wrong answers
- Stage-I Passing Marks: UR/EWS/OBC - 40 marks, SC/ST - 35 marks
- Stage-I Score Normalisation: Conducted if exam is held in multiple shifts
- Stage-II PFT (Male): 1.6 Km run in 06 min 30 sec, 20 Squats (Uthak-Baithak), 15 Push-ups, 15 Bent Knee Sit-ups
- Stage-II PFT (Female): 1.6 Km run in 08 min, 15 Squats (Uthak-Baithak), 10 Push-ups, 10 Bent Knee Sit-ups
- Stage-II Assessment & Adaptability Test: Online/OMR based qualifying exam

⚠️ ध्यान देने वाली बातें
- Candidates can apply for only one post. Multiple applications will lead to only the latest application being accepted without refund of earlier fees
- Persons with any kind of disability are not eligible to apply as ICG is an Armed Force under Ministry of Defence
- Male candidates for Navik (GD) are recruited zone-wise across North, West, East, South, and Central zones
- All candidates will be subjected to live image verification and biometric identification at multiple stages
- Candidates are not allowed to marry or keep family during training period
- Mandatory minimum height: 157 cms for male, 152 cms for female (relaxations applicable for specific hill/tribal regions)
- Permanent body tattoos are permitted only on the inner face of forearms or back of palm, except for candidates from tribal communities as per GoI rules
- Glasses are not permitted for Navik (General Duty) Branch
- SC/ST candidates are eligible for reimbursement of ordinary 2nd class train/bus fare for Stage-II if residing over 30 kms away
