Decision Making के सवालों में आपको किसी Organization का Selection Criteria दिया जाता है और साथ में एक Candidate का Bio-data। आपका काम बस एक HR Manager की तरह Candidate की Qualifications को Rules से Match करके सही Decision लेना होता है—Selection, Rejection या मामला Higher Authority को Refer करना।

Important Rules & Checklist:

  • Check Primary Conditions First: सबसे पहले Basic Requirements (Age, Minimum Qualification %, Work Experience, Entrance Exam Score) चेक करें।
  • Age Calculation on Cut-off Date: Age हमेशा Question में दी गई Reference Date के आधार पर ही Calculate करें, आज की Date से नहीं।
  • Verify Sub-conditions / Exceptions: अगर Candidate कोई Main Condition पूरी नहीं करता, तो चेक करें कि क्या उसके बदले कोई 'Except Clause' (जैसे Case Director/GM को भेजना) दिया गया है।
  • Strict Rule Following: अपने मन से दया या Assumptions न लगाएं। जो Criteria में लिखा है, वही Final Truth है।

2 Quick Tricks:

  1. Rough Sheet पर Grid/Checklist बनाएं: Conditions को Columns (A, B, C, D) में लिख लें और Candidate के Data के हिसाब से तुरंत Tick (✔) या Cross (✖) लगाएं। 10 सेकंड में Answer निकल आएगा।
  2. Elimination via Dealbreaker: सबसे पहले वो Condition चेक करें जिस पर Candidate Fail हो रहा हो। अगर कोई Exception नहीं है, तो बाकी Conditions चेक किए बिना सीधे "Not to be Selected" Mark करें।

Your task is to compare the candidate's profile against the given rules and decide the correct course of action: Select, Reject, Refer to a higher authority, or state that Data is inadequate to make a decision.

  1. Note the Reference Date for Age: Always calculate age relative to the cut-off date specified in the problem, not today's date.
  2. Identify Primary Criteria: List the main conditions (e.g., Condition I, II, III, IV).

  • Example: "If a candidate satisfies all conditions except (II), but has a Master's degree, refer to the General Manager."
